This plugin didnt work for me either.. it did only the first time, but then again I’m seeing this symbol ‘/’ across all the code. I’m not sure but it might not be compatible with wordpress 3.0… and the links dont take it to their respective posts, it says its not found. The images are broken as well.

I have the same problem as TOM,
Works fine for posts that have ONE image before any text. But if there is text, then image and more text, it will not render any image, also, if there are several images in a post, it will not display any image.
No thumbnail in post having text / than image / text /images … any random way to extract the images instead of extracing the first images .. hope this will be solved soon .. Thanks

Dude… thanks very much! as u were I was completly frustrated with other plugins about related posts! Mainly cause thumbs never worked fine!

PROBLEM!
Works fine for posts that have ONE image before any text. But if there is text, then image and more text, it will not render any image, also, if there are several images in a post, it will not display any image. Please have script retrieve ALL image tags from a post, and then select a random image to display. Anyway, good work, and have the image tag retrieve script updated ASAP! thanks! ;p

awesome plugin, but the alignment of the title and the excerpt goes for a toss when seen in Internet Explorer 8? Can you please help me to fix this issue?
